I can’t say enough good things about this Smart Kids and the staff for infants/toddlers. We’ve had a great experience and know our toddler was always cared for and in good hands. We could tell the staff care about the kids, and we love the crafts and special things they do.
The toddler room teachers are great at informing us about how our daughter is doing, rather than just telling us if she got hurt. They tell us what she learns, anything new she’s accomplished, etc. We love knowing that she is having fun and enjoying daycare.
I was at a Splash Park with my children and a group of kids from this Daycare came in. The 2 women who were in charge of the Daycare group would not stop yelling and disrespecting these children to the point where
1 of them was on the ground crying. One little boy about 6 got in trouble for asking what time it was. And the way these women were talking to them was not positive reinforcement, these children were being basically insulted.
Best daycare I could have ever put my son in. Every time we had a concern Jill was right there on our side to help us. They have cameras also and the teachers are outstanding.
