Express Factory Outlet

The store was clean, very organized, and no clothes on the floor! There were alot of deals, which was awesome! However when I got to the checkout, there was no one in line, no one else in the store. The cashier played on his phone for a few minutes, looked up then walked away because his shift was over.

I’ve been shopping at express for years now. I choose to come to this one over the malls due to better selection and customer service. I went to get a coat, but they’re all made of wool, so I didn’t buy one and purchased some clothes instead. My only complaint to express is that it’s 2020 and you’re still selling animal products. Other than that, I love the store and my express next card always gets me amazing deals.

Great sales & clothes but not the best customer service.

I absolutely love to shop here. More of a pricey store, but I am willing to pay for better quality clothing. This was my first time buying their jeans and I am in love with them! They are made with more quality and thicker material. Only issue I have and this goes for many clothing stores nowadays is they shove a lot of clothes on the racks which makes it hard to maneuver through the rack and racks of clothes take a lot of space so in some spots in the store it would be hard to maneuver a stroller in some areas bc its so tight. But overall love this location and staff are friendly.
