I had an employee a few weeks ago tell me i couldn't fill my prescription of pain killers because I was clearly faking it. I showed her the cast over my knee, telling her i recently had knee surgery and i needed my glorified tylenolnnshe didnt give me my script and the manager had her back, so i called everyone i could to report her and this place

Trying to speak with pharmacist... answer inane questions twice finally on hold after waiting 4 more minutes someone picked up and immediately put me back on hold never did get an answer or help.nsomeone picked up the line and put me on

I came to the Walgreens to fill a prescription that was sent over from a Walgreens in Florida and in florida you can pay extra and take the name brand drug. I dealt with the pharmacist named Amy and her manager was rude and not willing to show me the law or explain the situation. They were not helpful and very short with me. CVS was very helpful and showed me the law and helped me. If Walgreens wants to stay in business they need people who are helpful and think out of the box. I will never shop there again simply so I dont have to deal with unprofessional people.

Dated store, but very friendly employees. Very small selection of drinks though (soda, etc)
