I was in the drive thru window to pick up an important prescription for my husband. His meds were a recall and I received a call to pick up the new meds to swap. I waited in the proper line to pick them up which was extremely long for 45 minutes. While waiting other cars were going around to a different line cutting in front of the cars that were waiting properly. The girl at the window was taking customers out of order because she said it was her first day on the job. Bad move on the part of management. To add injury to insult I was being charged for the new meds which were clearly to swap. The sign on the front of the drive-thru clearly states, one line only after 3:00 p.m.nThey forgot to read the signs they posted. It was a nightmare.nPatricia Conte

Went today to get a flu shot . I was the first person in line , the pharmacist gave me my flu shot , then called for the next person in line . He DID NOT CHANGE HIS GLOVES !!!! The pen to fill out the forms was not sanitized after I used it . I watched them give it to the next person . And we wonder why infections spread .nThey should be ashamed of themselves !!

Poor service. Waited in line for more than 5 minutes when one lady was on the phone, one cashier, and some guy just walking. Seriously, this is a pandemic learn to get the line moving faster.

I always had to wait my prescription even after I received text messages....but I don't mind but today I went to the pharmacy that guy on ragister I believe his name was mujtba he was really bad at customers service....he shouldn't be at ragister he doesn't have manners....he asked my name I said my last name and he laughed at my last name literally he continued till putting my information on computer I wanted to say something but I was in pain I couldn't deal with him but I'm really mad about it it's not right I hope they do something about it!!!!!!

Pharmacy customer service could not be worse. It’s always a huge headache getting the prescriptions and refills I need. They don’t notify me when there’s an issue, and there always seems to be an issue, I just have to keep calling and calling to get what I need. Or go back to my doctor to have them send the prescription somewhere else. Then they harass me with texts and calls asking about refilling prescriptions I don’t need. It’s a slap in the face when they can’t bothered fill the prescriptions I actually request.
