9 out of 10 times, the Bedford CVS pharmacy does not have prescriptions ready by the promised date & time and the delay is usually pretty significant.nnSeveral times, I've gone to pick up a prescription a day or two after it was supposed to be ready and was told to come back in 20 minutes because it wasn't ready yet, then when I came back, I was told it still wasn't ready and to come back in another 20 minutes. At least twice, I went through 3 rounds of these additional 20 minutes before they actually had the prescription ready.nnEven just this morning, I had a prescription that was called in yesterday morning and was promised to be ready by 8pm last night but when I went to pick it up at 9:30am this morning, I was told it wasn't ready and to come back in 30 minutes. I complained that it was already 13 and a half hours past due and they explained that it was busy last night and tried to bargain with me (20 minutes, 15 minutes, 10 minutes).nnIf this was a one-time issue or even an occasional issue, that would be understandable but the fact is that its been like this almost every time I've gone there over the last year and a half that I've lived here.nnIf they are perpetually too busy to get the prescriptions ready by the promised time, then 2 things are going on: 1. they're CLEARLY understaffed and 2. they shouldn't promise that prescriptions will be ready by a certain time if they know they won't be able to follow through. It's all about not being able to meet the expectations THEY set with their customers.

We recently moved to Bedford from Ohio and transferred our dog's prescription here. It has been nothing but trouble. They can never find his prescription. They insist on using an incorrect DOB (01/01) despite my attempts to correct (they say it's easier to remember... for them, maybe. But not me cause it's incorrect!).nnThis week we ran out of refills. Our vet here in Bedford faxed over a new prescription to CVS. On Wednesday I called both the vet and CVS to confirm the new prescription was sent. CVS confirmed that the prescription was already filled and waiting. I tried to pick the prescription up on Friday and was very rudely told by the pharmacist that the prescription was NOT there. That they had called my OLD vet in Ohio who denied the refill. She also insisted that they never received a new prescription. I am picking up a new prescription from my vet and taking it elsewhere because this CVS Pharmacy is ridiculous.

Was followed around the store by the staff as if I wanted to take something, I was only browsing in the makeup section looking for a specific brand, however cashier didn’t allow me to shop comfortably without watching me.

Phone system disconnects you. Can take 20-30 minutes to try to reach someone. Inordinately long waits to get prescription. Below average compared to peers.
