The service was great. I had the firehouse meatball sandwich. It was very flavorful. I would definitely go back.
Food is good but two of the people preparing food had masks over their mouth only and not covering their noses too. I won't be returning.
Great food. Service could be a bit better though. Staff was not overly friendly.
Not sure if I feel safe to go there.. I went with my daughter and even though there were signs every where to be served a customer is required to wear a mask. While there, 3 men came in without masks and were allowed to order and stay to dine in walking past us to get their drinks. One of the men did not stand behind the plexiglass to speak to server. I am not sure if Virginia state mandates masks to be worn inside of local business or not but I do not feel that I can visit a place that does not stand behind what they require.
Always act like asking for extra pickles on the side or on the sandwich is a very big deal. Was actually told there's no button to push for extra pickles even if you offer to pay for them. Totally unprofessional and totally dont care about your order.
