These people are so rude. If I could leave zero stars I would. You should not be in a customer service position if you’re going to answer the phone like you don’t appreciate or want your job. Go ahead and retire and let someone who really appreciates a job come to work in your place and answer the phone like they want to be there. There is no reason for you to make big sigh when you answer the phone or answer a question for someone who is trying to ensure that a traffic citation payment was received. There is no reason to be rude.
For what it was it was fair!
I have to pay them for a ticket and court date is on the 9th. How am I suppose to freakin pay them if they never answer their dang phone???? Doesnt give me the option to pay online and I spent 1 day driving 2½ hours to only find out they were closed. This court is awful and they dont have business hours. Idea is add freakin business hours and answer the dang phone!!! That's what the phone is for!!!! I ain't going to court!!! I'm paying this ahead of time. I wish I could give it 0 stars!!!
I am very polite and patient on the phone and yet they where very rude and acting like I should just know everything.
This is so embarrassing, but I will tell you anyway! This is the 3rd Ticket Brad Butterworth, Attorney at Law in Hopwell, VA has been hired on my behalf. Two times in Hopewell for a Route 95 traffic ticket, of course. And the 3rd time, in Sussex on 95, of course.nnBrad does a great job explaining my wrong doings to the courts. I have never been to court. Brad and his office just handle the details once I give me my up to date DMV driving record and I take the I Drive Safely online course.nnThank you Office of Brad ButterworthnHopewell VA
