We recently had Invisible Fence put an electrical fence in for our dogs and it has been a successful experience. We not only had the system put in but we also had a trainer for a week to work with our dogs. We want to say “Thank You” to Sean for providing us with both services and it was such a positive experience we will definitely recommend your company.

We just had our invisible fence installed. Vincent was our sales representative that did our initial walk around and drawings of our property. He went over everything, answering questions and prepared us on what to expect. Shawn arrived promptly on our scheduled day. He was very professional, answered all questions and concerns. He was wonderful with our dogs and you can tell his genuine care for them. Our dogs were suburban dogs, only being walked on a leash. We had concerns for them but they have done wonderfully. I would highly recommend Invisible Fence. My cousin referred me, now both of our dog families feel secure with giving our dogs the freedom that they deserve.

The office is currently closed until further notice, even though the website fails to say anything, and still gives you the normal very restrictive hours. Emailed company about my wasted two hour roundtrip for batteries and new collar, with not even a response. Great fencing system, horrible company with zero customer service

They come out and replaced my transmitter and dog collar and everything worked perfectly.

You will come across various issues after the one year free fix period. Each time requires a $110 fee even if it’s a product issue or poor installation issue they charge the consumer. No local office so you will go without the product for weeks while they get a technician to you or mail you a collar.
