Out of towner who had an alternator die right before arriving in Roanoke. We took our car over to the guys at professional auto to have it fixed. Not only did they replace the alternator, but they replaced our brakes, and did an oil change within a few hours. The guys were very helpful and very reasonably priced, especially for resolving everything same day so we could get back on the road. Would recommend their services.
My go to place for all auto repair needs. Family has been using them for several years. Affordable and honest. Always prompt with the repairs of your vehicle. I highly recommend using them for all your vehicle needs.

An older woman had locked her keys in her car at Walmart Supercenter in Salem. She did not have her phone and she used mine to call this business. They were there in less than 10 minutes. They allowed her to pay the bill the following week. I am extremely impressed with what I saw of this operation.
Traditional customer care is what I consider to be rare these days. That's why I go there any time I need service that I can't do myself. A tragic fire nearly did them in, but they are fighting back and are on their way to successfully recover and be better than ever.
