On our way home to New Jersey we stayed for a night in Salem. Woke up to flat tire. Took the car to Mr.Tire. Dear lord the nicest people ever. Before coming to this place I stopped by at the Good year and some other store. No one could help. Thank his we stopped here. They helped right away. Extremely professional and helpful individuals work there.

I called the shop early Monday to order a tire and set up a service appointment. Chris was really courteous to speak over the phone with. He took care of my request instantly. I could tell he worked hard to get the kind that I had requested.nnThe next day, I called back to see if I can bring my car in. I got David this time. He was polite and made time to get my car in immediately.nnMy new tire came with excellent services with lifetime warranty for tire rotation, balancing, and some other things.nnThe workers at this place are awesome! Highly recommend!

This place is great! These guys really want to help you and give you the absolute best prices around town. They helped me a lot and are very knowledgeable. The best place to get your vehicle fixed within the Roanoke area!

I got a flat and was able to get an appointment scheduled with these guys extremely last minute, and they got me back on the road before my lunch break was over (less than an hour with no advance notice)! Super happy with the service I received.nnImportant: You should still call first and make sure they are no too busy to be that quick for your own service/visit of course. I might have gotten lucky with the timing. My main point here is they took care of my blown tire in a very small amount of time and were very upfront and honest about their availability, and delivered on a promise to finish it in time!

Chris was great! I went this past Friday to get my oil change/tire rotation and dropped off the car while I was at work. The team was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!
