If it was possible to give zero stars, I would.nI dropped my vehicle off, with two new tires, on an appointment I had made in advance. I was told that they would be able to get my mount and balance job done that day. Needless to say, that is not what happened.nMy vehicle was moved to another spot in the lot, and left there, unlocked, unattended, and in a non-secure lot. I was not called to be told that this simple 30 minute job would not be getting done.nI went home and got my other set of keys, and had a friend drive with me to go get my vehicle. This morning, I went back to their shop at about 9am. Noone had called me, which is concerning considering the vehicle was no longer on their lot. I walked into the shop area, and grabbed the tires I had dropped off the other day. Noone spoke to me, or asked who I was. After loading those in my other vehicle, I went to the office. I told the man to return my keys, and that I would take my business, and my money elsewhere. The clerk acted as if he could care less. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ANYWHERE ELSE! There was no professionalism, and a lack of integrity with these guys.

Danny and his crew are all very friendly and tend to do good work. He seems to run an honest business and has always treated us well. They just upgraded to a computerized job system earlier in 2020, I believe, and suspect that will make them even more efficient.
