Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We immediately felt welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed the southern hospitality. IMO, people respected each other by recognizing the limitations and obligations the pandemic has put us all under. It was refreshing to see people doing their best to make those around them feel safe and comfortable despite the current challenging circumstances. Thanks for a great experience!
Our first room we found a roach..alive, and was informed that this wasn’t the first time roaches have been found here! We got moved upstairs to a new room and this floor was really noisy. Found a broken glass cup beside the couch under the table. And found a couple more really small pieces in the living room area after my child cut their foot on a piece! Also at one point one of the ladies at the front desk was on speaker phone with her mother looking up directions for her on the computer and having a grand conversation while i stood waiting to speak with her. Not very happy with my stay here!
It looked newly remodeled. Very clean and everything worked. I will definitely go back. I thought the price was very reasonable considering the size of the room and the amenities.
I mean, there’s a reason they have high ratings! Great room. Very clean and comfortable and HUGE. I’m not sure but I think we may have been upgraded to the bigger suite? If so, that was very kind. If not, it exceeded our expectations! Having a kitchen makes a heck of a difference. We’ll be back!
Best place I have ever stayed at. Rooms are top quality, staff is awesome and super friendly. very clean and well maintained. prices are very reasonable.
