Herb Chambers Audi made my life so much easier by buying my new car there. They were incredibly honest-upfront and no games. Had the car ready when I needed it and the process was simple and easy. Ali Mohajer the sales rep was incredible. He helped me along the way finding the right car and making sure I was comfortable in my decision. Best salesperson I have ever dealt with. My wife is looking for a new car soon and we will definitely be back.....

Three years later - service is now as good as it has been. The introduction of the ability to text directly with the service advisor (ours is Derek and he is outstanding), makes car problems take half the time to deal with as before.nnService is first rate. Responsive and very flexible to meet my needs in scheduling, lower car availability, and quality of service. The service consultants have an in-depth understanding of the cars, service issues and their advice is excellentnnBTW - They do the best detailing I have ever seen. Our six year old Audi returned with the inside looking almost brand new. I did not think that this was possible given the appearance when we dropped it off.

There should be a rating that is more than 5 stars when it comes to reviewing the Herb Chambers Audi Dealership in Burlington. I have now purchased two cars from them. In between those two cars, i had bought a different brand. When the lease to my other brand expired, I immediately went back to Audi. Not only did I feel the car was better for me, but I wanted to back at this dealership. Everyone you touch there is kind, is professional and gets the job done for you. Simply the best.

We worked with Pedro and he did an excellent job with this sale. Pedro was very patient and professional; he understood our needs and was easily available throughout the process. He was flexible to accommodate my work schedule, he even came to our place first for the test drive and then to deliver the car at our doorsteps.
