Mark and Meegan are phenomenal. Mark diligently troubleshot, researched and resolved the issue with with my vehicle. He was able to diagnose and fix the new problem that the other Mercedes-Benz dealership in Lynn MA caused. He's extremely knowledgeable and clever. He was the only person in both the states of New Hampshire and Massachusetts who really took the time to understand what was going on with my vehicle and implement corrective actions. And he's really a very nice guy! Very personable. Promote him to manager immediately because he truly deserves the position and promotion! Thanks Mark, for everything!ud83dude0a
