Here’s how simple my purchase was tonight:nn5:30 saw a car online;n6:00 walked into dealership;n6:05 test drove the car;n6:30 signed the contract;n7:00 said goodbye to my old car;n7:05 drove my new car home.nnMy salesperson (Jim Parker) was informative, helpful and laid back. The business manager (Stuart Sterling) was respectful and efficient. By far, my best car purchase experience ever.

Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I wanted to trade in my current KIA Soul exclaim and get a hybrid, John the sales man explained everything about the options and car itself. He made a great offer for my trade in and I was set to buy. Stu finance guy was incredible, explained everything and made it personable and spoke to me as a person instead of just a customer. I purchased my first KIA in 2013 and I will only drive KIA’s because of the the above par service from everyone at the dealership. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Burlington KIA, incredible customer service.

Julian, John, and Stew were amazing from the beginning. I went online to view the used inventory with zero expectations. Their customer service was prompt and absolutely incredible. I scheduled a same day appointment to come in and test drive/view the vehicle. The moment I stepped into the dealership I was greeted with a smile (she was wearing a mask but I knew she was smiling). Julian came out and introduced himself, then John, and last but not least Stew. They were excellent at listening to my needs and working with me and my finances. I was in and out in three hours with a new car. It was so simple and everyone was friendly and courteous. Stew was really thorough and explained every detail to me in regards to financing and my options for bells and whistles. He was honest and let me choose instead of forcing options at me. Overall this was the best experience at a dealership that I have ever had in years, and it was during a pandemic no less. High fives to your team there in Burlington Kia. They are an amazing group of people and I’ll definitely be returning.

John Francis could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable and understanding of what we were looking for in a car. The business manager Stuart Sterling was a pleasure to work with. He did not try to pressure us into purchasing anything we weren’t interested in. All in all a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington to all of our friends and family.

I had to have some extensive repairs on my Kia Teluride (which I love) and Diego and Elizabeth in the service department were so easy to work with and went above and beyond for me. They were always available for questions, kept me up to date and informed, and were very helpful with our insurance claim. I especially appreciate how attentive they were to the repairs. The car is like new. Diego is the best and I highly recommend him and the service department!
