They make special treats that the kids love and big kids too
Great little picnic area. Black bear warning signs. Cute little snack shack there as well good for a quick bite. Also has a grocery store. Would recommend if in the Shenandoah State Park.
Blackberry milkshakes! Nice little snack bar. Food for backpacker resupply. Souvenirs. What more could you ask for.
We stopped for lunch on our way home, which was very good, followed by blackberry ice cream, always a treat. Nice selection of souvenirs and tee shirts, camping gear, etc. The only downside was a very chatty old guy not wearing a mask, and taking up space at the food pick up window (a local guy it seemed), making small talk with the lunch counter personnel, and not letting anyone else at the counter. We asked to pick our food up from the order area instead, politely but loudly enough for him to take a hint, which he did not. Some folks just don't get it or seem to care about the health and safety of others.
They have all things wonderous ! My favorites are all the canned products, jellies, jams, pickles, ciders, apple butter, you name it, they got it !
