Brutal customer service two nights in a row. Got a free pizza card after the first night where I waited in the store 30 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready after ordering online. So, with the free pizza card, decided to give them another chance on a less crowded Sunday night, 30 min before they closed. Ordered a simple pizza in person. Watched it go in the oven, watched it come out of the oven and for some reason the person working kept passing over boxing it as it sat there getting cold. Not sure what was going on, and it maybe still would be sitting there if I didn’t speak up. At least cold pizza isn’t that bad.

This is my favorite pizza place in Blacksburg. Everyone is genuinely friendly and the food is always great. I eat in or pick up my own food so I can't speak to problems that arise from 3rd party pick up.

The parking lot is shared with so many business that it’s nearly impossible to park an that’s if you don’t get hit by other drivers zooming thru. Then there’s the pizza an cheese sticks. A order was placed for a family meal. This came with 3 pizzas the size of the old McDonald’s pizza which those tasted better compared to what was served. The pizza literally tasted like rubber with no sauce. The cheese sticks were just as horrible. For 40$ we could have went to papa johns or anywhere else an had enough for the family. Based on the reviews we thought it would be amazing. Never in my life have I had such horrible food. I would never recommend this place. An encourage anyone to spend their money elsewhere. I’ve never said I would rather starve then eat there but that is really the case in this scenario.

The food was great and was prepared/brought out surprisingly quick. The ability to add any toppings onto any pizza for no extra charge is something that makes YourPie stand above competitor Pizza chains in Blacksburg.
