This review is for the WIC office. Since this pandemic has started the woman who works for WIC has failed to do her job properly. She is suppose to be doing appointments over the phone but does not call you and no this has not happened to me once, it has happened THREE times, and I am not the only one it has happened to. I know two other people who have had this same issue. She needs to do her job or quit and let someone else take it, people are on WIC because they need the help and because of her failing to do her job she is making it harder. If you call her and tell her you did not get a call she aplogizes but instead of doing the appointment she reschedules it sometimes as far as a month out. Some people do not have a month to wait for WIC
