I've never lived in this trailer park but my little brother has. He was trying to rent to own a trailer. Well he didn't have issues with making his trailer payment,he had issues with the people that was renting him their lot in the park.$300.00 a month. But they wouldn't allow you to have any kind of toys for your children to be in the yard. Stuff like a child's swimming pool,Power wheel vehicles or anything of the kind. So I wouldn't refer anyone to live there if they have children.
Some wonderful folk to live around.
You rent something at this place,better look really good or take some one that knows about floors, Tubs,counter tops spoon drawers and water lines.Or youll get took for a ride.
Great place nice and quiet
roads look paved, good management and ppl are nice that I met.
