I have never done yoga before in my life so this a new experience for me. I'm troubled with sciatica issues which is what brought me here. The instructor is kind and doing her best to work with me and in general help my body. Everyone I've met is kind and caring for which I'm grateful. I would definitely recommend Lake Anna Wellness should you want to try yoga. :)
