A-Advanced Home Services has been my heating/ac company since I have been living in my current home for the past 4 years. This service call was great from the initial call taken by (Angel). She was very professional and compassionate to my concern and request. She went over and beyond to get me on the schedule same day. The tech (Luke) was excellent. Very respectful, knowledgeable to where he was happy to explain everything he was doing while I watched for my own understanding. He diagnosed the issue and resolved with confidence. I appreciate all that he did especially being personable and patient with me. Thank you Angel and Luke!

I had called the home warranty who in turn set me up with this A Advanced Home Services. I had two previous experiences with contractors sent by the warranty company that left me... let’s just say 50/50 on whether I would keep the warranty company. A Advanced restored my faith. They were courteous, professional, and effective! I was called the morning of the appointment, given a two hour window, and called again when the technicians were on their way. Once here, they quickly diagnosed the problem and saw it through to repair. The gentlemen were incredibly personable, friendly; and most importantly, professional and knowledgeable.

The company seems very disorganized as far as scheduling. I requested service through my home insurance, received an email from their company with which technician was coming out. I called in the morning to get a better time frame and they told me I wasn’t on the schedule. They did manage to schedule a technician to come out the same day though which was nice. The technician they sent was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot very quickly and explain what was wrong, and that a motor was going bad. The following week I called to see if the part had come in since I hadn’t heard anything. The representative told me the part was in and they would schedule a technician to come the next day. The next day I called to get a better time frame on when they would arrive, this representative told me I wasn’t on the schedule for that day and said she checked the call logs to see if I even called the previous day. I told her I have a newborn at home and haven’t had heat in a week. So they scheduled me for tomorrow, which I’m expecting to have a follow up call saying I’m not on the schedule again.

I was very impressed with Luke from A-Advance AC company. I was blown away when I went to see if there was anything needed, to see that he had completely disassembled the outdoor unit. He was leaving no rock unturned to find out why my unit wasn’t working. He had checked all the pipes, machines hooked up checking pressure, draining stuff, seriously the whole 9 yards! It was so nice to know that when he leaves my AC unit would be 100%. And it sure was when he left I was freezing! Lol If I ever have another issue with my AC. I will request for him to come out. Thank you Luke!

Excellent service! Our technician was professional, polite and explained all of the check points he completed inside and outside the home. So nice to have someone who really cares about customer service.
