Terrible communication. Set up appointment by lady on phone for 7 am. Got there only to discover they couldn't service us until 2 pm for oil change. This happened twice to me now. I just canceled and went to Jiffy lube. In and out in 30 minutes. Will not bother with this company again nor recommend.

Recently brought in my 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7L V8 that had multiple issues. I had previously failed inspection and was having power issues. I dropped my vehicle off at 8am and my vehicle was promptly taken in for service. The team at Navarre's Auto took care of all my issues and helped me save on hourly labor costs. They also recognized my military service which also helped on the overall costs. In these tough times that savings went a long way and they got my truck running like new the first time in! They did great work the same day on multiple issues. I would highly recommend Navarre's Auto to anyone needing repairs! Awesome service!

Was great to work with. Had truck in for an issue, got it back, still had same issue, called, they took it back, check further and fixed it with no charge second time (only cause it was the same issue and missed something first time). I would recommend them to anyone who needs auto work done

I was told that I needed to replace my power steering line because it was leaking. So my inspection was rejected (one other reason as well, which i fixed).nProblem is I filled up my power steering fluid that day (16 days ago) and it hasn't leaked.nWent back yesterday to get reinspected and the mechanic tried to tell me I had to replace it because HE SAID it was leaking.nIn the end he passed it.nComing here was more off a hassle than it was worth.

Service was good but they broke my bar that holds my hood up on my car and refused to inform me that it was broken .
