Have been with this Facility since 2012 and have always found the facility and Staff Exceptional! The recent addition of Mariah to their Staff couldn't be better...Great Personality and Always Friendly!
Used to be very clean, comfortable, and equipment in great shape. I had them at 5 Stars. I have been a member here in Chester since 2011 when they first opened. No longer. Equipment is no longer being fixed in a timely manner. TVs on some of the treadmills and ellipticals no longer working.nWe are charged a yearly fee for cleaning yet they were closed for 3 months and no cleaning was being done but they won't refund (pro rata) for the time they weren't cleaning.nCustomer service is very, very slow (you must freeze or cancel you membership online ONLY. Customer service won't help with that. I've been trying to cancel my membership for weeks now without any reply. Next step is the Better Business Bureau.nThis used to be a good company and great workout place but they have let their customers down. So sad.
Great facility. They keep up with sanitizing equipment constantly. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
Great equipment variety and sanitation equipment. Staff is polite, just dislike how some needed equipment depending what I'm working on is out of commission due to rotating allowable equipment for SD purposes. Its pricey but worth it. Only caviat is I dislike needing to pay an additional membership to leave my child. So it kinda limits me and my wife's workout.
They should atleast lower the membership fee if they are going to keep the sauna closed.nThe other surrounding gyms such as Ymca have their saunas open.
