Attn: GA pilots- AVOID THIS PLACE. Arrived at 8 pm. Plenty of staff and no other customers. After I parked where their marshaled me to, they wanted me to start it all back up to taxi 150 feet away, despite there being no rush and the fact that they have a tow tug. Isn’t that what the handling fee is for? Excessively high parking, handling, service fees that just keep adding on but also no real service provided. I got 4 different prices for fuel and wasn’t really sure what it was until it finally got filled (only way to wave the $50 landing/handling fee for a single engine normally aspirated light airplane). No transparency on prices and even the staff didn’t know anything until they looked it all up...like the price of fuel. Took 1:15 to get gas and my bill when we checked out two days later. Shirley was the woman behind the computer who appeared to have major troubles with the advanced technology (phone and a computer), and had absolutely no friendly customer service. You’d get friendlier service by the cops if you crash landed on the interstate. Avoid avoid avoid this place and this airport. No public transient parking either. Will never return.

This place was horrible. They could not follow simple directions and took almost 2 hours to get my plane and asked me on 6 separate accounts for a fuel order I gave them multiple times. Horrible place.
