Great box with nice equipment...extremely clean and well maintained. I dropped in to get a workout while staying overnight traveling across the country. The coach was great and the members were extremely friendly and motivated each other during the WOD. This place is what Crossfit is all about!nnDefinitely recommend this gym.
This is by far, the best box in Roanoke! The members are super friendly and welcoming and the programming truly is constantly varied functional movements! I have never climbed a rope or done a pull up in my life until I began CrossFit. I've been a member here for over 2 years! Highly recommend!!

RVCF is awesome! I'm physically stronger than I've ever been before because of this box. The people are also friendly and the coaches are amazing. Highly recommended!
Awesome place, Awesome people! Every day you can expect a workout that will challenge you to be stronger mentally as well as physically. The welcoming environment is really a community/ family, full of encouraging people and knowledgeable coaches to motivate you and help you reach your goals.
