This place has done my taxes for the last 10 years and was really good. Recently they have switched owners and my tax professional that worked there has retired. I decided to take my taxes there this year and I am regretting it. They are now affiliated with H & R block and I dropped my tax stuff off to them a week ago and I asked how long it would take to work them up and they told me two days at the most. I called them Wednesday last week and they informed me that they had not started the return yet and that it may be another day or two and that they would call me when they are ready. So I call again on Friday and they tell me it looks like they have been working on them but may need more paperwork. They said they would look into it and call me back around noon. Guess what that call never came either. I am typically a very patient person but all the lies and empty promises are not professional and I will not be returning here again with my business.
I have been going to Brenda for years! My whole family goes as well. They are all so caring and professional! The best tax prep ever! I highly recommend!

I understand the situation going on right now but it would have been nice to get a phone call letting us know that our appointment had been cancelled instead of showing up and having to call and hear the voicemail system. Will not be using!
Andy and his staff are wonderful to work with. I have been dealing with Andy for several years and I absolutely love him. He is always willing to talk with me at any time and remembers me from year to year and that means a lot. I will be a life long customer and I highly recommend him.
