I called on a Wednesday but he wasn't available until Monday. He contacted me on Friday, his schedule had up. He not only installed 2 outlets for my electric range and microwave but also removed the wooden platform cabinet that needed to be removed in order for the appliances to be installed. I really appreciate Ray and Justin for their time and effort to resolve my problem. Excellent customer service. Great guys.
