Star Hill Park

I was walking back to the car from a secondary location and decided to take an indirect route through numerous alleys and side streets. It was on this voyage that I spotted what I thought to be a boastful back yard. Upon further inspection, it was a tax-payer funded public park. I found this out when I noticed the signage saying that it was trespassing to enter when the park was not open. When is the park open? No idea. That was not mentioned whatsoever. The size of the park itself is comparable to half of an elementary school gymnasium. While the grass is well kept and quite green, it's on such a massive incline that one could not play catch or kick around a soccer ball. It's not even large enough for a walk and the incline is so great that senior citizens shouldn't enter for the sake of their own well beings. There are two quaint benches at the top of the hill/park. They are quite quaint and picturesque, I'll admit. That said, I have no idea why anybody would sit in them considering they offer little other than a direct view on the adjacent homes roofs and private yard. Great location to scope out houses with the intention of robbery if you're a cartoon character, fake newspaper in hand. The walk to the park involved the passing of many dumpsters. The journey alone is not worth the assault unto ones nostrils. Starr Hill Park? More like Nah Hill Park. Would not recommend. Just go to River View.

Love this place! Totally recommend to any beer lover! Unique and tasty beers, friendly service. Only thing I gotta say.... Please please PLEASE, StarHill, you guys NEED to bring back the Monticello beer! That's the best beer I've ever had in my life, love it! Bring it back! :-)
