Absolutely great! They did an amazing job pressure washing the exterior of my house. Great job painting all of the exterior trim! They painted the entire interior , including the kitchen cabinets. They were very detailed and took the time to properly repair drywall that needed attention.nnTo be completely open about them, their pricing was on the high side (within reason though) and I was skeptical because I have been burned by some fly by night painters. They came in and did an excellent job.nnI would give them a 5 out of 5 star review. They are definitely the most professional crew I have ever worked with on any of my properties in the Mid-Atlantic area. Two thumbs up for CertaPro Painters out of Charlottesville, VA.

CertaPro Charlottesville recently painted the entire exterior and large interior rooms for my home, and I am very pleased with their work. Kim was professional and pleasant, and very helpful in choosing paint colors. The work was done promptly and on schedule. They were also very helpful with scheduling minor exterior repairs needed for the paint work. Highly recommended!

The project manager showed up and did a thorough estimate and talk through of the process. This was done in a timely manner. The painter and crew did a great job making drywall and old water damage repairs and then painting the entire interior of our home. They even finished ahead of schedule. The problem was I don't think they adequately used drop clothes to prevent paint splatter. The house was empty and we ended up with splatter around the edges of all floors, windows, countertops, light bulbs, toilets, bathtubs and towel racks. I pointed this out at the end of day walk through with the painter. When I came back the next day very little had been cleaned up, just the areas I pointed out, not the entire house. I notified the project manager and she had them come back out the next day. I had to spend a lot of time pointing out the problems areas. I feel like the painter really couldn't see the problem, though his assistant saw it better. When I came back that evening things looked cleaned up but it was dark and the floor was still wet. When I next came back in the daylight you could see where the paint splatter on the floor has been mopped, but not adequately cleaned as it was now smeared into the wood floors. There was still some splatter in the bathrooms, but most was cleaned up. I contacted the project manager again and she allowed me to hire a cleaning service to clean the floors. They then reimbursed me for the cost of cleaning. Overall, the work was well done, but cleanup with the painting crew I had was not great. The Project Manager Kim was responsive and did follow through with all of my concerns and requests. Bottom line - double check the clean up process.

It was such a delight working with Certa Pro, Kim and Fernando and his crew. Every step of the project was professional, NOT stressful and the team throughout the process offer great advice, tips and made the experience easy to accomplish. The team was detailed, timely and I highly recommend using Certa Pro. I will definitely use Certa Pro for coming projects.

Amazing amazing amazing! I wish I could give them 10 stars. It begins with a smile and friendly accurate quote, and in 2 days, a full interior paint job was complete. Kim with her easy smile and can do attitude put a team of wonderful people to finish the job. They arrived early and stayed late, completing in record time work that other bids said would take weeks. AND they were very very fairly priced. I highly recommend Kim and her team.
