Great customer service and a really fast turnaround on fixing a broken lock. Definitely will use these guys again in the future.
For making copies of special keys they are good.nFor regular master lock type keys, $5 each is ridiculous. I gave them 3 stars beacuse I should have asked b4 they made them. If she would have told me b4 she made them. I deffinatly would have taken those keys elsewhere.
This is a great company for lock service, please don’t call anybody else you’ll be well disappointed, these guys a great!
Employee wasn’t wearing a mask twice when we came to drop off a lock for rekeying in late July 2020. Asked us “why we were being so cautious” when we wanted to stay 6’ away. Never bringing business here again.
