Everything about this place is awesome. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming. Even the other members make you feel at home and comfortable. I would highly recommend checking them out.

This is a great gym with expert instructors/coaching and multiple levels of intensity to fit students at any level and a mix of arts to fit just about anyone. The staff excels at motivating each student and pushing them to challenge their own limits. My son has been a student for 3 years, and the results are excellent. I've studied different styles, in and out of uniform, here and overseas for more than 20 years. This is a gym you can call Home.

This is a great place for children to come. My son feels at home and this is a family not just gym. I recommend MMA Institute to all families.

The gym has an experienced and proven staff. The instructors are willing to dedicated personal one on one time to help you build your confidence, and help you improve your weak points. As a wrestler Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and boxing are all foreign to me and initially I was intimated in deciding to learn a new form of self-defense. The coaches' dedication to their students, the overall supportive and family oriented atmosphere most definitely alleviated may concerns. It's a fun place to be where you're interested in being a competitive fighter or just getting in a good workout and learning to defend yourself.

Anyone can write a review what I would like for you to do is - take a trip our to this gym and I guarantee you won't want to go to any other gym. The coaches are not only coaches they become your family, its the greatest feeling in the world to support such great people and that makes a TOP NOTCH GYM
