I researched several options for whole house generators and decided to go with Never Dark. I'm so glad I did! Their service has been awesome from start to finish. The office staff was friendly and helpful, the salesman was knowledgeable and transparent about pricing. Install was done efficiently and neatly, everything was left clean. They answered all my questions. I'm really happy with the end product and the whole process.

Salesman very knowledgeable prices exactly what was quoted . Office staff very helpful and nice. Instalation crew very professional quickly got job done and cleaned up afterwards

Took a little longer than we thought to get things going, but we were pleased with the end result. Staff was always pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. Original installation plan didn't work the way we thought (not enough room near panel box), but they worked with us and got everything set up with only a little additional expense. It is so comforting to know my mother-in-law will never be without power.
