Kevin and his trainee driver, Andrew, were fantastic. They were easy to work with, prompt, patient and professional. Booking was incredibly easy, we called and got quotes within a few hours. They were able to accommodate our groups changing schedule. The bus itself was very clean and sanitized. They were clear upfront about all covid precautions. The drivers and passengers wore masks the entire time and signage was appropriately placed enforcing this. Would definitely book again!

I got in touch with Albemarle Limousine as we needed car service for my in-laws 60th anniversary celebration. I spoke with Mariko who was delightful, and we discussed which car would work best for them. We decided on the Mercedes sedan, and Mariko had a confirmation to us that day. I had to switch up the times as we got closer which was absolutely no problem. Their chauffeur, Kyle, was amazing! He was prompt to arrive at their home for pick-up and had them to Willow Grove at exactly the right time to catch a few pictures as they arrived. Our dinner was running behind and this was no problem either. Kyle was waiting when we were through and most attentive to their needs. My in-laws were delighted with the service! I spoke with Stacy the day of our dinner to request jazz music for the ride and they were happy to oblige. My in-laws thought that was such a nice touch! Excellent communication, fabulous and accommodating staff and top-notch service. Thank you, Mariko, for your patience and guidance as we picked the perfect car and thank you Kyle for helping to make their evening so very special!
