Guys, the easiest way, if you come from I81 is: to take Exit 191B, US11 South and Next Exit to Keyser Ave.nMaybe on other days it's different, but that's how it was for me ... I arrived on 11:30AM and I leave on 3:00PM. They work FCFS, after I did Check In, I wait 3 hour for a dock and 1 hour to be loaded. After me, around 12 trucks was in line. Good luck.
big lot.....can park on the side for a night & wait....my appt was 8:00 am .....checked in 7:30 am....got door 9:15 am & unloaded in 40 minutes....men & women separate restroom available....nice peoples at desk....small tablet is at desk to self check in....overall exprnc was good....
We come here a lot with my company . Not sure what's going on but it's a mess now . Some female at the desk yelling at workers a computer you have to spend 10 min on if you drop and reloading. Not sure what changed but now this place seems like a joke that teenagers are running . And even slower than before . Must be 18 trucks waiting
Booked a load that had to be loaded yesterday was told they were waiting on me to load so rushed almost 2 hours up to get loaded arrived and checked in around 7:00 p.m. turns out they load all night anyway so they were going to be there. Didn't get loaded until after 3:00 a.m. finally pulled out of the dock around 5:30 a.m. the next day people were friendly parking is good but it took forever to get in to a dock to load a Hot Load then almost 2 hours to get loaded
3/2020 - Arrived 0820 for an 0900 appointment, 2 pallets frozen.nnPark before you go in the building (even though there is plenty of space to stop temporarily to check in ud83dude44). Watch out as the parking lot is a bit rough.nnWe were given a dock quickly, unloaded quickly. Out by 0900. Would have been 4 stars if the parking lot was in better shape.
