Very friendly and helpful recommend 100%
They are thieves. Substandard work for more than quoted. They gave us a verbal quote over the phone after dropping it off for $500-600 for repair for our pop up. (Crazy us - we believed they would honor their word.) They then charged us over $900. When we argued with them about the higher cost (without notifying us anywhere along the line that the cost would higher), they could have cared less about either honoring their estimate or calling us to let us know the cost could be higher. Of course unless we paid the full amount, they would not release the camper. So we paid it. Later the repair rippled.
Fabulous workmanship! Honest Pricing! Proven ability simplifying the work order process. Extra care taken to ensure customer knows how to use new and OEM equipment. Wonderful experience!
Great place. Only RV repair and parts center that I know of near Worcester, MA. Lots of parts and if they need to order it arrives within one to two days. Great group!
Lots of parts and pieces there. I just needed a propane fitting and they had it!
