My mom went to Wendy’s at route 20 Worcester ma, and she told me that she brought me a bacon Eder sandwich & bacon melted cheese French fries and the cheese was half crafted and melted even it was crunch and I couldn’t tell how to taste it and it seemed fine.nnThe burger was good even I am giving it 3 stars. But I would like it better!!!

I stopped at Wendy's for a quick sit down meal. I placed an order and then added a simple meat patty for the dog. Got a sandwich but it was a bacon cheeseburger. None of the food was hot. Didn't matter to the kids but I like hot fries and it wasn't like they weren't continually making them. My burger was so cold it had congealed. My meal was basically trashed.

Always been a fan of their burgers but the fries and nuggets are way to salty. I didn't really enjoy tonight's burger either it was ice cold. I would recommend anyone that goes here to not get the chicken nuggets or fries without specifying no salt.

Not friendly at ALL..placed order threw drive-thru for some reason I parked to check my order and of course it was wrong I asked for no mayonnaise or pickles on my classic chicken also I ordered two drinks they only gave me one straw..my drinks had no ICE soda were warm..This Wendy's Sucks big time!!!

I've been to this location many times and it's usually fine. However, I went inside yesterday and ordered 2 ten piece nuggets. They gave me spicy instead of regular so I went back to the counter to have them replaced with the regular nuggets. Instead of throwing out the ones we originally got (as you're supposed to do) the worker dumped them back with the others to be given to other customers. Mind you, we could've done anything to those nuggets. In fact, my friend told me one of them fell on our table before we gave them back to them. With covid going around especially, I can't believe she thought it was ok to do that. And she did it as if ot was a common occurrence. I tried to contact corporate and online services immediately but got no reply. Do not go to this location, please. Who knows what they are doing to the rest of the food.
