Initially I was worried about the quality of food, with the bad reviews but the pizza I got wasn’t bad. Could have been cooked a little long but it wasn’t bad. guy on the phone could work on customer service. I might order from here again
Asked for an extra sweet and sour sauce and the gentlemen working had an attitude getting it for me and made a comment like, it usually cost money. Really guy you have an attitude over giving me extra sauce you could have said it’s an extra 20 cents or what ever it is lose the attitude it’s freaking sauce. Left an extra dollar just cause to.nnHorrible customer service.
I made a delivery for 2 lg. subs, 24 piece Hawaiian wings, 2 cans coke. chicken bacon racnch sub, had no ranch an very little bacon.nThe Hawaiian wings were over cooked with very little sauce. Even with the side sauce(1) for the wings did not help at all. Called and they sent new food was nothing better.
We love both roadrunners! They have the best steak and cheese
This place used to be nice, especially when CHARLIE was there, nobody talked, which was a great thing because of germ's. The pizza was awesome, just a great atmosphere ( very quiet). So I go there to purchase some food, I asked, no CHARLIE? couldn't understand his reply, all I understood was his head moving NO. so as for the pizza? GROSS but hey, this is Worcester, it was bound the go down hill, never buy from this place again, plus the workers don't wear mask... It's Worcester for ya.
