Despite being informed to go through an attorney of record, this firm as continued to contact my wife for a debt that is well past the 6 year statute of limitation in Massachusetts. Due to this violation, we will be escalating this to the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers for appropriate punishment.nnNext, while in law practice I handled several claims where their attorneys were present in court. At one hearing date their attorney showed up wearing tennis shoes and workplace casual clothing to appear as an attorney on record. At no point did said attorney apologize for their lack of professional attire nor reference they were there to cover for another attorney. So not only do they attempt fraudulently collect money, they don't even show the court the respect it deserves.

First let's state some legal facts. Howard Lee Schiff has long passed away on February 14, 2007. They cannot use letterhead with his name because it misleads the people and goes against the professional codes of conduct with the BBO. In addition the statute of limitation is 6 years. If your debt is 6 years old or older from the last time you charged or made a payment, they are piss out of luck. It is a non collectable debt. If your disabled and your only source of income is government money, they can't touch it. State and Federal laws protect it. Shove these clowns right back.
