Great customer service. They go out of their way to keep you happy with products and service with timely response rates and little perks that make it fun to communicate and get to know them as the people behind the logo. They've set themselves apart from all the other retailers that are trying to sell clothes from this brand and are always looking for the most efficient yet creative ways to give customers what they want, while keeping their cool with the sometimes unreasonable requests from demanding customers. They are the only LLR retailers I buy from now after shopping around and living in three different areas of the country, making it easy to say that the customer isn't always right but they're never wrong. It's easy to recognize the care and quality the Flynns add to the online shopping business.
