Victoria's Secret & PINK

I love Victoria's Secret, though it can be costly. There are so many wonderful things to look at, and if you don't have enough cash to cover what you want, you can apply for their credit card right at the register!! I did and I love it!! I get what I want, then I just make sure to pay the minimum due, or if I can, I pay it all. You earn points towards rewards, and get a free gift on your birthday!! The VS Pink is fabulous too!! I love everything about Victoria's Secret and Victoria's Secret Pink. ud83dudc95

I was not happy. I got a 10.00 card for my birthday from Victoria Secret i go today Feb 20 spend 217.00 the day before my birthday and they said the card isn't good it was for Jan4-Jan 31. Really

TL/DRnI got offered to open a STORE CARD with VS at this store for 15$ off my order, that turned out to be a CREDIT CARD.nnI said I did not sign up for a credit card so I wanted to cancel it, was denied. Cashier heard it so we didn't get the discount.nnWas on the phone with various representatives for over an hour trying to get it resolved and only received a 20% off discout for a future purchase.nnThis is misleading information that can have a very negative impact on a customer's credit score, and was handled very poorly.nnBe careful!nn-------nI stopped by this store today with my fiancee. When I went to the checkout counter the cashier (red hair woman) offered to open a store card to get 15$ off. I agreed, was registered, and when the transaction was complete, she gave me a pamphlet with some info that said Victorias Secret Credit Card.nnI didn't sign up for a credit card nor wanted one in my name. When I asked if I can cancel I was told the application already went through and there's no way to cancel or stop the credit line check.nnHearing about the cancellation, the person at the checkout didn't even give me the discount anyway.nnI have been on the phone with multiple people from both the bank (Comenity Bank) and VS customer support. I went back to the store to resolve this and another representative tried to help by calling a direct line. From there I was transferred twice and over an hour later was finally able to get it resolved. When we left, we were only offered a 20% discount on a future order and an apology.nnThis experience made me never want to buy from VS again, either in person or online.
