shop the deals and you will save sooo much money, I got 36 hand soaps for $140 . I only use the hand soaps in my bathrooms , I buy Aesop soap for my kitchen (its expensive AF but it works so well , you can order it at Walmart though ) I stay away from the body sprays at bath and body works because I'm a grown woman now and I feel like body sprays are for 13 year olds , I buy perfumes instead (there's a Macy's located in the mall as well ) but the hand soap deals at bath and body works are to die for. It's still a good place to spend some money and there's lots of scents it can get overwhelming. friendly staff though

I was at the Auburn mall bath and body works in auburn mass. I had this employee who worked there tell my mother that my child can’t walk in the store with no explanation. At first she made a comment “omg he looks so...” and when my mom asked to finish the sentence she just was silent. When my mom was taking my son out of the carriage she told her not to do that. I don’t think an employee has the right to tell me what to do with my child and if my child can or can’t walk in the store. Very inappropriate staff. The lady had curly dirty blonde hair and was older.

I went the day they re-opened glad I was there a 1/2 before they opened the mall because I had been in the store maybe 15 min. Walking out of the store I saw a line waiting to get in. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful it was actually refreshing considering what We've been through in the last few months. Also a girl in the front of the store greets You with sanitizer for Your hands. ud83dude0a
