Excellent service, never any of those unexpected issues!! Upfront and honest. My go to guys for at least 10 yrs now with repairs, and I even bought a decent truck there! Thank u Donnie, Sean and Brian!

My husband bought a car from Sean and has stood by the sale and warranty! He has fixed any unexpected problems with ease and in a timely manner! The car is very nice along with the price! Sean has been super helpful, but most of all my husband is happy with it all and what makes hubby happy makes me happy!!! Thanks Sean and staff, great job! Bought a truck from him October 2016. Thought he was a nice guy working with me to sort out my being long distance and needing it registered in NY. It’s apparent he was only trying to speed a sale to help himself! I drove the truck all the way back to Syracuse after being assured it would pass inspection. It failed MISERABLY on almost every count: brakes, serpentine belt—it was even missing a brake fluid cap! I brought it back to him and like the other review said he didn’t bother to show up. I texted him repeatedly politely asking for issues to be addressed and he would ignore them. He also shoddily welded pieces of the frame such that they were rubbing on my gas tank and render any usually easy repairs either impossible or a huge expense in time and effort. A month later I have to bring it back AGAIN because of a faulty gas cap and thermostat issue. Both were replaced but now a year later I just had to put in a new thermostat again (supposed to last 90k miles!). Best case scenario he’s a totally clueless mechanic and at worst he is a criminal who is the reason why nobody trusts car dealers. I don’t understand his 6 month warranty—why have that if you know buyers are then going to have to come back to you incredibly pissed off?? What kind of a business model is that?! Stay away!!!

I purchased a vehicle that Sean was selling at a great price. Before I made the decision, I found few very minor issues with the car. Sean fixed everything I asked for at no extra cost. He’s a great, honest guy that cares about his customers and what he does. I would highly recommend Sean for all car related work that you need.
