Order and they forgot 2 cheeseburgers, didn't notice till i got home. Called them before i left my house and they said ok. Got back there and went back to curbside 2 and called them. Manager told me that id have to wait a long time or go through drive through or come inside...... Their mistake, originally curbside order, and called to let them know before I left my house... Manager should be fired or who ever answered the phone .....
Orders always wrong, always makes you pull up, park and wait no matter the time of day or what you order. What finally got me though was how little care to customers there is from the get go. When you pull up to order, it can take more than a minute for someone to take your order, this is when there is no other customers there. If they start taking your order you can hear casual conversation and laughter while trying to tell them what you would like. This results in them repeatedly asking you what you said. I'm not saying you can't talk and have fun at work, I'm saying for the 30 seconds of ordering you can pause your conversation and give the customer your full attention.
Food is usually cold. Fries are consistently only filled about half way.
