Very pleasant , professional and efficient. Brought in 7 w2 and a lot of questions Josiane was very patient with me answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Ive had my taxes done with Jackson Hewitt before and this year they were done by Josiane. She has been the best so far. Very easy and pleasant to talk to. She is also knowledgeable and you can tell she cares about her job unlike so many people. I will definitely return and I highly recommend her.

This is my 2nd year using Jackson Hewitt Tax Service and it wont be my last. I used to live 1 mile away from this location but have since moved 20 miles away but will continue to go. My tax preparer , Josiane , is professional, responsive, and well prepared. Great quality at a great price!

Can I just say I think all these reviews about this Josiane lady are fake!!!! I went in the kelly square office, waited 7 minutes (literally) Before she said anything to me, she was too busy on a laptop to acknowledge me! Once I told her the complexity of my return, she referred me to another location because “she had an appointment coming in”, so I waited outside in my car for 53 minutes, just to see if she really was busy or if she just didn’t want to help me, and surprise surprise, NOBODY entered that office !!!!!!!
