Tom C. Is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He explains everything clearly and works very efficiently for a great turn around time from drop off to sign off. A highly professional service which I recommend without reservation. I had also gotten a coupon for being a repeat customer and that was an added perk which helped greatly in discounting the filing fee. Thanks Jackson Hewitt for being such a dependable company.

I wanted to share my experience with this particular Jackson Hewitt location at the Walmart on Tobias Rd in Worcester. My tax preparer was Tom Callahan and it was the first time in many years of filing my taxes that I didn't feel like I was getting interrogated, he explained in detail every step of the way and worked with me to ensure I got every exemption I was entitled to. The experience was not just professional but it was also a friendly light environment. I felt like I was spending time with a friend who was looking for my best interest. I received a lot of tips that will benefit me throughout the year and an amazing tax return. I wasn't pressured into any added services although I did opt for the first tier of protection which I am very happy about knowing if life happens that they will be there to guide me into resolving any issue in a professional manner. I do not only recommend Jackson and Hewitt to my close friends and family but I recommend highly to anyone who wants to ensure the maximum return and a great experience. I'll absolutely be filing with the company once again next year.
