The likes of Yoga East are very difficult to find in the world. Each studio is truly a shala by definition: a supportive home. Yoga in many of its forms, not just asana, is taught in all the studios by kind, powerful, dedicated teachers. Some of the most accomplished teachers in the world are brought in to conduct workshops. Amazing organization. Louisville is very lucky to have Yoga East.

Yoga East is a great place to learn yoga. Many of the teachers travel to India to study and their teachers. Each studio has a warm and friendly atmosphere.
