Papa John's Pizza

This is my go-to when ordering pizza. I love the service, and the delivery drivers are all very friendly and courteous. Tonight, I had an issue, and I promptly called the store and spoke with the manager. It was explained to me that the delivery driver for tonight's order is new, and while the driver made the mistake of delivering the wrong order, the store would make a new order for me and deliver when it was ready. I am more than satisfied with that outcome, and will continue to order my pizza from here. People make mistakes all the time. Correct the mistake and move on. The store manager was completely professional and very courteous in handling the situation. I failed to get her name, but she was great!nn**Edit Store manager's name is Kirsten! She remade my food and delivered personally. This is why I will continue to buy my pizza from here!**

Can not go wrong with Papa Johns Pizza love it every time I order there Hwy 98W. Always fast with there delivery.

Order was make 1930. Im supposed to recieved order at 2030. At 2100 I call and ask for my order. The justification was waiting for door dash driver. The order was made 2000. Waiting for 2 hrs think how fresh can be. 2200 cancel the order.

Awful experience tonight. Food arrived lookwarm and dessert looked awful. Cinnamon pull apart, icing was hard as a rock and it looked almost burnt.nTried to call. Was put on hold for 12 minutes. I gave up and called again and no one even asked me to hold this time, it went straight to hold.nnCant eat our food and can't get help from staff. Highly disappointed.nn*cant seem to share my photo here

Tonight we ordered delivery the new stuffed crust pizza and who ever made our pizza tonight made it with love it was hot delicious and one of the best pizzas we have had from here. Thank you ❤
