Greg is an outstanding manager. The care he shows for his his technicians and his customers is obvious. He always goes the extra mile and has a positive can-do attitude that is contagious. I have used this location several times for tires and alignments on some of our commercial vehicles. Greg gets the job done fast and with a smile no matter how busy he is. Friendly and very professional
Firestone techs did a great job on our wheel alignment. While I was waiting, I noticed that Greg was super busy. He committed his time to thoroughly explain issues and kindly assist every customer, in person and over the phone. He has great patience and composure under pressure, along with superb customer service skills. It didn't go unnoticed. Thank you!
I’ve had bad experiences at other locations, but the service manager Greg Russell took excellent care of me. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I will definitely be back.
Made an appointment a week in advance to get new tires put on. Arrived on time to my appointment and waited almost two hours before my car was even rolled into the shop to be serviced. Update:
