This was an afternoon well spent!! Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour more of a conversation with all involved. the artifacts were very interesting and the history of the culture as well as the history of the Hawaiian territory becoming a state is fascinating. We highly recommend a visit!!
This museum has the 2nd largest collection of artifacts in Hawaiʻi. Itʻs a great place to stop by, learn about the sacredness of Mauiʻs history and to see the relics on display.
Hard working people maintain this place but you should know a bit about Hawaiian history to better understand what you're seeing.
