Foodland is best for local favorites, like teriyaki beef, it's thinly sliced beef marinating and teriyaki sauce you just have to throw it on the hibachi or grill and it's so ono, they also have sushi made on site, somen salads, they have spam and chicken musubi, not to mention their bakery goods and their famous meet and fish section. if you're a makai member you get great discounts

I love this store, Phun (Thai lady) is wonderful, so friendly as are Everett and Aina at the front door, great guys. Jeff is in your meat department, such a nice person, I met him in Lahaina, he is just 'da bes'nBottom line: I love your store but your pizza sucks:)nAloha from Kula.nJnNote: the pizza is the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5
